As Kennadi has gotten older and tends to snack a lot more, I have started to become more aware of the ingredients and nutrition in these “toddler” snacks out on the shelves. Over the past month, I have been trying to find healthier, store bought snacks for toddlers and wanted to share some of our favorites!
A full stocked pantry and fridge makes this Mama happy and makes life a lot easier! I am constantly looking for new things for her to try (that isn’t full of sugar and artificial flavors.) I have shared some healthier snacks for toddlers below but would love to hear your favorite finds too!

Top 10 Favorite Healthier Snacks for Toddlers
Kennadi used to love pouches back when she was 7-8 months old and then she started to refuse them. Recently, she has fallen in love with the Once Upon a Farm Smoothie pouches. I LOVE these simply for the ingredients; they are all natural with no added sugars or preservatives. The only downside is the price point but they sometimes go on sale at Target!
Kennadi loves yogurt but I personally hate the mess. I discovered the made yogurt pouches and have been buying the Stonyfield Strawberry Banana Organic Yogurt Pouches for her. Perfect to have with breakfast or as a quick snack during the day.
I was recently introduced to this brand and am loving it! Their Smoothie Melts are perfect for on the go and have no added sugars!
I feel like most Moms love anything Annie’s brand, including me! Even though it is more expensive compared to other brands, the better ingredients make it worth it. These are a perfect alternative for goldfish and cheese its.
We have a drawer in our fridge full of different Del Monte Fruit Cups; pears, mandarin oranges, peaches, etc. I like to have these on hand because I never know what produce I will find at the store and these are perfect for on the go. We buy the fruit cups that say 100% juice; there is no high fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors!

My sister-in-law introduced me to this brand when Kennadi was first starting purees as a baby. I love that they also sell toddler snacks and the fruit bars are a favorite in our home! The ingredients are just the fruit and veggies, nothing else is added!
While Kennadi would love fruit snacks, I don’t love the ingredients and these are a perfect alternative. I buy the box of mini That’s It Fruit Bars at Target that come with two different flavors. You won’t find a shorter list of ingredients; it is literally just the fruit!
Okay, so these truly aren’t the healthiest but they are still a better option for a quick granola bar. They are a perfect alternative to Chewy bars!
I find these in the frozen section at Target! They are the perfect serving size and have a few different flavors. They have cups with just fruit and they also have cups that have fruit mixed with Greek yogurt bites.
Alright, this may not be the “healthiest” but Kennadi loves her cheese. And I love that it is a little added protein for her. I buy the Good & Gather Colby Jack Cheese Snack Bars at Target. They are the perfect snack size and she just carries it around biting on it.
As of right now, these are our top 10 favorite healthier snacks that we are always stocked up on. Like I said at the beginning, please share some of your favorite finds or go to snacks below! Found this helpful? Please comment below 🙂
